The RK Autowerks X58 Coreless Manifold is a high-performance intake manifold meticulously engineered in-house for demanding, high-boost, and competition-level applications. Constructed from robust 6061 billet aluminum via CNC machining, this manifold is designed to significantly optimize airflow and provide robust support for port injection systems. It comes complete with an integrated -8AN ORB fuel rail and is designed to accommodate Bosch EV14K (Shorty) injectors. For enhanced tuning and performance, the manifold includes six 1/8″ NPT secondary ports, with an additional four 1/8″ NPT ports available for meth/nitrous injection setups. Designed for strength, consistency, and flexibility, the X58 Coreless Manifold retains OEM oil filter access and is compatible with factory gasket and hardware for a more straightforward installation. The package includes the billet manifold, the integrated fuel rail, a phenolic spacer, all necessary installation hardware, and a throttle body adapter (configuration dependent on engine version). This manifold is compatible with a wide range of BMW S58 engines, including the M2 (G87, 2021+), M3 (G80, 2020+), M4 (G82/G83, 2020+), and X3M/X4M (F97/F98, 2019+). It also fits BMW B58 Gen 2 engines such as the M340i/M440i (G20/G22, 2019+), M240i (G42, 2021+), Z4 M40i (G29, 2018+), and various X models (G01/G02, G05/G06/G07). Additionally, it is compatible with BMW B58 Gen 1 engines from 2015-2019 (340i/440i, M240i, X3/X4 M40i, 540i, 740i) and the Toyota Supra A90/A91 (2020+).
