Overview

The ST Suspensions XA coilover kit is a high-performance suspension upgrade featuring 16-click adjustable rebound damping and continuous thread height adjustment. Constructed from galvanized steel with an oxidation-resistant composite spring perch, it allows for front lowering between 0.6 and 1.6 inches and rear lowering between 0.4 and 1.4 inches.

The ST Suspensions XA coilover kit offers precision ride height and handling customization, developed using advanced KW damping technology. This system features 16-click adjustable rebound damping, allowing users to switch between a comfortable ride and sportier, track-ready performance on the fly. The dampers are encased in galvanized steel housings for durability, while the height is adjusted via a continuous thread on the strut, enabling adjustments even after the kit is installed. The adjustable spring perch is engineered from a friction-optimized polyamide composite material with a stainless steel insert, which helps prevent the oxidation issues often found in anodized aluminum designs. Each kit includes a hard-chromed piston rod and a monoblock guiding and sealing package for consistent performance. Note: For Z4 vehicles originally equipped with electronic damping, the factory electronic control system must be deactivated. A dedicated deactivation kit (KW Part No. 68510145) is required to ensure proper operation following installation. This coilover kit is designed specifically for 2009-2016 BMW Z4 (E89 chassis) models, including the sDrive30i, sDrive35i, and sDrive35is configurations.
