The Xtreme-DI XDI-HPFP-EVO-FK8 is a direct-fit, high-pressure fuel pump engineered to provide significantly increased fuel flow for performance-oriented vehicles. It delivers a 36% flow increase compared to the stock pump, pushing the maximum rail pressure to 250 bar (3600 psi), offering substantial headroom for E85, flex-fuel, and high-boost configurations without compromising drivability. Constructed with a robust stainless steel and hard-coated aluminum housing, this fuel pump is built for longevity and reliability. It supports all known fuels and ethanol blends, ensuring versatility for various fuel types. The XDI-EVO pump features an advanced piston and cam design to maintain stable fuel pressure and responsive delivery across the entire RPM range. It remains fully compatible with the OEM ECU logic and integrates with major tuning platforms like Hondata FlashPro, MoTeC, WinOLS, and Cobb. Each XDI-EVO pump is flow-bench calibrated and individually serialized in the USA by Xtreme-DI. This high-pressure fuel pump is specifically designed for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R (FK8), 2023+ Honda Civic Type R (FL5), and 2023+ Acura Integra Type S (DE5). It is ideal for stock turbo, MHI Stage 2, and RV6 R660 setups. For configurations utilizing 2500cc injectors, XDI recommends considering their HPFP60 model instead.
