XFI Sportsman EFI System

This system provides a fully software-tunable, bank-to-bank EFI solution that requires a laptop for tuning. It comes bundled with the proven FAST C-Com software and the necessary USB connectivity cable. The system offers flexible fuel strategies, including load-indexed Speed Density (most common) and Alpha-N, the latter specifically for drag racers seeking maximum consistency. It supports both naturally aspirated and boosted engines up to 5 bar, is compatible with wet nitrous systems, and features nitrous timing retard control. For enhanced functionality, the XFI Sportsman includes full data logging capabilities and a user-configurable auxiliary input channel. Diagnostic LEDs are built-in, and the ECU is housed in a water-resistant enclosure. Installation and compatibility are streamlined with support for return-style and returnless fuel systems. Electronic timing control is supported with FAST distributors, crank triggers, EZ-LS, and XIM, or it can be set up with a standard carb-type distributor and the included tach adapter. The RPM/tach signal from an aftermarket CD ignition box can also be used for timing control. This kit includes the ECU, a wiring harness for a wide-band O2 sensor, and an electronic fuel pressure kit. The system is compatible with high-impedance injectors and both the EZ-EFI and EZ-EFI 2.0 throttle bodies. It utilizes the FAST C-COM software, and a self-tuning strategy, similar to what EZ-EFI offers, can be enabled or disabled by the user.
