The Mobilgrease XHP 100 Mine is a lithium complex grease specifically formulated for the demanding lubrication needs of extra heavy-duty off-highway and mining equipment. This product, available in an NLGI-0 grade, contains 5% molybdenum disulfide, which enhances its ability to protect equipment under a wide spectrum of operating conditions and temperatures, thereby boosting productivity. This heavy-duty grease provides exceptional extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear protection, contributing to superb equipment protection and potentially extending equipment life, even in severe operating scenarios. Its high level of molybdenum disulfide offers optimal protection for high-sliding mechanisms and allows for extended re-lubrication intervals. The formulation ensures exceptional resistance to water washout and spray-off, guaranteeing proper lubrication and protection even in hostile work environments. Furthermore, the Mobilgrease XHP 100 Mine and 320 Mine variants are particularly well-suited for heavy equipment central lubrication systems, offering very good low-temperature pumpability and start-up performance. This characteristic is crucial for remote applications. The grease exhibits excellent structural stability, does not corrode steel or copper bearing alloys, and is compatible with conventional sealing materials. It maintains good dispensability down to -50°C (-58°F).
