XL Custom Header

Constructed from US-grade 304 stainless steel, it is built to resist rust and ensure longevity. Engineered with precision, this header features 3 stepped, equal-length runners and a compact, true 4-into-1 merge collector. This design optimizes exhaust gas flow efficiency, unlocking the full horsepower and torque potential of K20 or K24 engines. The inclusion of a megaphone or reverse cone further enhances peak horsepower and broadens the powerband. This header is compatible with DC5 and EP3 chassis vehicles. It is designed to work with either 2.5" or 3" exhaust systems, utilizing a test pipe with a 3-bolt flange for 2.5" systems or a 3" megaphone/reverse cone with a V-band assembly for 3" systems. Please note that an O2 sensor extension is required, and this product is for off-road use only, as it deletes the stock catalytic converter. The average weight of the header is 17 lbs.
