XL Header 304 Stainless Steel 4-into-1

The ASP XL Acura RSX 02-06 & Civic Si 02-05 Custom Header is a high-performance exhaust component crafted from US grade 304 stainless steel for rust resistance. It is individually fabricated to match specific motor specifications, ensuring a precise fit and maximum efficiency. Designed with a 3 stepped equal length runner configuration and a true 4-into-1 merge collector, this header promotes optimum airflow, leading to full horsepower and torque potential. The inclusion of a megaphone/reverse cone further enhances peak horsepower and broadens the power bandwidth. This header is proudly made in the USA. Installation requires an O2 sensor extension and is intended for off-road use only, as it deletes the stock catalytic converter. The header is compatible with DC5 and EP3 chassis. For 2.5" exhausts, it connects to the deleted stock cat location using a test pipe with a 3-bolt standard exhaust flange. For 3" exhausts, it utilizes a 3" megaphone, reverse cone, and V-band assembly that hooks up after the stock cat location for custom exhaust setups. The header is available for K20 or K24 engines. What's included are all US grade 304 stainless steel mandrel bends, a machined K series head flange, 3 step mandrel bent equal length runners, an ASP Headers badge, 2 beehive collector springs, 4 tabs, a compact true 4-1 merge collector, and one O2 bung. Options for exhaust hook-up include a 3" megaphone/reverse cone with a 3" V-band, or a 2.5" straight pipe with a standard 3-bolt flange. The average weight of the header is 17 lbs.
