XL Series 10" Shallow Mount Subwoofer

The PowerBass XL-1040T is a 10" shallow-mount subwoofer engineered to deliver robust bass performance in compact environments where space is limited. It utilizes a proprietary one-piece injection molded flat cone and a high-roll Santoprene surround for accurate and efficient bass output. The construction of the XL-1040T features a unique, non-resonance polycarbonate/glass fiber basket, similar to the Xtreme family, which contributes to its durability and reliability. A 2.0" vented KSV voice coil former, along with perimeter aero-vent voice coil cooling vents, helps manage heat during demanding use. The driver has a mounting depth of only 3.4", making it ideal for applications that require a shallower profile than traditional subwoofers.
