XP 5 BIKE FOLD DOWN RACK (2 IN RECEIVER)

The Swagman XP5 FOLDING is a hitch mount hanging bike rack that carries up to five bikes. It’s a tried and true rack designed for occasional use - making it ideal for a family road trip. The XP5 FOLDING has individual rotating rubber cradles allowing you to position the bikes parallel to the ground for better ground clearance. It fits most frame sizes, shapes, and styles. The rack’s arms fold down to allow access to the back of your vehicle and has a locking knob for security. It has a 5 bike capacity with a max load of 35 lbs / 16 kg per bike, and a total weight capacity of 125 lbs. It works with 2" receivers only. Cradles rotate to keep wheels level to the ground to provide greater ground clearance. Interior cradle dimensions: 7-3/16" long x 1-3/4" wide x up to 1-3/4" tall (at highest setting). Exterior cradle dimensions: 7-3/16" long x 3" wide x 3" tall (back lip of cradle). Front lip of cradle measures 2" tall. Overall height of the cradle including the bike rack support tube is 5-3/4" tall to the back lip of the cradle. Overall front lip height is 4-3/4" tall. Measures 7-3/4" long from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the upright bar. Rack arm measures 28-1/4" long. Not designed for use on trailers. Equipped with a locking knob to lock bikes to rack. Mast folds down to allow access to the rear of the vehicle. Hitch pin lock sold separately. Limited Lifetime Warranty.
