The MBRP XP Series exhaust system is a turbo-back, single side exit configuration designed for 1999-2003 Ford F-250/350 7.3L Powerstroke trucks.

Constructed from rugged sixteen-gauge T409 stainless steel, this system is built to withstand harsh road conditions. It features a 5-inch diameter pipe and includes a 6-inch OD tip. This exhaust system is not for use on vehicles equipped with a catalytic converter and comes with a lifetime warranty, though surface rust is not covered.

The MBRP XP Series exhaust system is engineered for the enthusiast seeking robust performance and durability for their 1999-2003 Ford F-250/350 7.3L Powerstroke. This turbo-back system features a massive 5-inch mandrel-bent tubing diameter, designed to maximize exhaust flow and potentially increase horsepower by up to 18 and torque by up to 28 ft-lb, while also lowering Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) for improved pulling power and throttle response. Constructed from rugged sixteen-gauge T409 stainless steel, the XP Series is built to withstand challenging road conditions, from salt and rocks to tar and grime. This durability is backed by MBRP's Lifetime Warranty. The system includes a 6-inch OD tip and is configured for a single side exit. It is important to note that this exhaust system is explicitly listed as "Not for use on vehicles equipped with a Catalytic Converter." Additionally, while T409 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, surface rust may develop over time, especially under wintry road conditions, and this is not covered by the warranty. The product also comes with a California Proposition 65 warning regarding chemical exposure.
