The BBR Motorsports XR/CRF80 - Pro Comp 95cc Kit is the first complete big bore kit specifically designed for the CRF80 and XR80 models. This upgrade features a 52 mm piston that creates a high compression ratio of 10.0:1, increasing the displacement to 95.6 cc. The kit comes with all necessary components for a straightforward installation, including a new aluminum cylinder, piston, rings, pin, clips, head gasket, base gasket, and intake gasket. Additionally, a high-performance camshaft is included to optimize power output. This Pro Comp 95cc Kit is engineered to run on pump premium gasoline. For optimal performance and longevity with all BBR bore kits, the use of ethanol-free gasoline is recommended, and resources like www.pure-gas.org can be consulted. The kit is confirmed to fit Honda XR/CRF80 models from 1979 to 2013. It is important to note that this kit is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOSHIMURA components.
