XTREME CABLE ASM 25FT GEN II MERC

The SeaStar Solutions CCX18925 is a 25-foot Xtreme Control Cable designed as a premium replacement for Mercury Marine 4000 series control cables on Mercury/MerCruiser engines from 2003 and newer.

This cable features XTREME Control Cable Technology with a minimum bend radius of 4 inches, significantly tighter than standard cables. The jacket is constructed from super-tough HDPE that resists abrasion and is unaffected by UV, saltwater, chemicals, gasoline, and oil. Internal components include 0.033-inch oil-tempered lay wires for strength, a unique XTREME splined, coated core element for smooth operation with minimal lost motion, and stainless steel terminals with brass fittings for corrosion resistance. It also includes a long-wearing, ultra-smooth, lubricated-for-life HDPE liner. The cable uses existing connection components and exceeds ABYC safety standards, certified to ISO/IMCI and NMMA requirements.
