Xtreme-DI Direct Injection Fuel Injectors

The Xtreme-DI XDI-i020-65-8 direct injection fuel injectors are specifically designed for GM Gen V V8 and V6 engines, offering a substantial 65% increase in flow compared to stock LT4 injectors. This enhanced flow rate is crucial for supporting high-horsepower builds, eliminating the need for additional fuel systems. These injectors are built upon the original GM LT4 injector design, ensuring a perfect drop-in fit and maintaining most of the original ECU injector characteristics. Each injector undergoes rigorous testing at 100bar and 200bar on OEM equipment at XDI, with every set flow-matched to within ±0.5% at these pressures. Katech Inc. has validated their performance on instrumented engines, confirming excellent cylinder distribution, repeatability, and stability even at pressures up to 3000psi. Minimal tuning adjustments are required, as offsets and current driver parameters remain largely the same. The XDI-i020-65-8 injectors are fully E85 compatible and support full OBD Diagnostics without the need for meth injection, PFI, or extra ECUs and wiring. They are rated for a static flow rate of 29.2 g/sec at 10MPa, with a maximum pressure rating of 200bar (2900psi), tested up to 240bar (3500psi). Key applications include high-horsepower GM Gen V V8 and V6 direct injection engines such as the LT5, LT4, LT1, L86, L83, and LV3, as well as E85 conversions. This includes specific models like the 2014 C7 Corvette LT1, 2015 C7 Z06 Corvette LT4, 2019 C7 ZR1 Corvette LT5, 2016 Camaro SS LT1, 2017 Camaro ZL1 LT4, 2016 CTS-V LT4, and various Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade models from 2014-2015 equipped with applicable engines.
