Its 268-degree intake duration and 280-degree exhaust duration, combined with a 114 LSA, provide optimal performance within a 1800-5800 RPM range. This camshaft is specifically noted as the "best cam for modified 350 TPI" engines that have improved chip, injectors, plenum, runners, and exhaust systems. Additional components recommended for use with this camshaft include the COM-858-16 lifter and COM-981-16 valve springs.
