The COMP Cams Xtreme Energy Mechanical Roller Camshaft (12-771-8) is engineered to deliver enhanced performance for Small Block Chevy engines. This camshaft offers a lift of 0.570 inches on the intake and 0.576 inches on the exhaust, with a duration of 280 and 286 degrees respectively, and a 110 LSA (Lobe Separation Angle). It is designed to operate optimally within a 2500-6500 RPM range. This camshaft is specifically recommended for street machines that utilize a torque converter with a stall speed of 2800 RPM or higher, a compression ratio of 10:1 or greater, and a rear gear ratio between 3.73 and 3.90.
