Description

The Comp Cams Xtreme Energy Camshaft (11-777-8) is engineered for performance applications, specifically suited for street/strip use. This hydraulic roller camshaft utilizes OE roller technology to deliver enhanced valve control and durability. Its aggressive specifications include a .678" intake lift and .688" exhaust lift, paired with a 266° intake duration and 272° exhaust duration at 0.050" lift. The camshaft is designed to operate effectively within a broad RPM range, specified from 3800 to 7800 RPM, with a basic operating range of 3000-7500 RPM. The advertised intake duration is 294°, and the advertised exhaust duration is 304°, with a lobe separation of 114°. These parameters contribute to significant improvements in power output and engine response for performance-oriented builds. This camshaft is part of the Xtreme Energy line, known for delivering aggressive performance profiles.
