The Comp Cams Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Camshaft (XE268H-10) is engineered for Oldsmobile V8 engines, specifically fitting 260, 307, 350, 403, 400, 425, and 455 V8 models from 1967 onwards. This camshaft features a hydraulic flat tappet design with a lift of 0.485" intake and 0.490" exhaust, and a duration of 268° intake and 280° exhaust. The 110 Lobe Separation Angle (LSA) contributes to its performance characteristics, making it suitable for street machines and operating effectively within an RPM range of 1600 to 5800. It is recommended for street machines and offers a slightly rough idle. For optimal performance, an 1800+ stall torque converter is advised.
