Xtreme Pressure Plate & 6-Pad Sprung Race Disc Clutch Kit

The ACT ME2-XTG6 is a clutch kit designed for demanding drivers, featuring an Xtreme pressure plate and a 6-pad sprung race disc. The pressure plate utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and extend clutch life, with diaphragms undergoing a four-stage heat-treating process. The 6-pad disc has a spring-center construction to dampen vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions.

This kit includes a pressure plate, disc, release bearing, pilot bearing, and alignment tool. It offers moderate to heavy pedal effort and aggressive engagement, with potential for OE to mild gear rattle. The clutch is rated for 787 ft-lbs of torque, a 115% increase over OE.

The ACT ME2-XTG6 is suitable for high horsepower street or race use and includes ACT's patented Monoloc, a one-piece component that replaces the standard two-piece wedge collar and wire ring in pull-type clutches. This ensures proper alignment and uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate.
