The Snow Performance Xtreme Version Fuel Hat provides a clean, high-volume fuel solution for 2015-2021 Ford F-150 trucks, replacing multiple tees, clamps, and hoses with a single, CNC-machined billet aluminum manifold. This "streetable" setup employs one 450LPH and two 470LPH genuine TI Automotive Walbro pumps, offering a 3-pump configuration that handles demanding power levels. It is capable of supporting over 1500 rear-wheel horsepower on E85 fuel and over 2000 rear-wheel horsepower on gasoline. Designed specifically for return-style fuel systems, this fuel hat ensures reliable fuel flow for high-output, boosted applications, including EcoBoost and 5.0L engines. The pumps are chosen for their OE-level reliability and efficiency, with the streetable configuration drawing 10-12% less current than race versions. The system is compatible with 100% gasoline, 100% ethanol, and blends such as E10, E85, and E98. It is important to note that this system is not suitable for methanol use. Installation requires a return-style fuel system. If your F-150 is equipped with a returnless system, a conversion will be necessary. For optimal staged pump activation under boost, it is recommended to use the Snow Performance boost pressure switch (SNO-81014) and the Multi-Pump Relay Module (SNF-20003).
