This rear disc brake conversion kit is designed to convert 1964-1977 GM A-body vehicles with 10/12 bolt rear ends from drum to disc brakes. It is a direct bolt-on kit, manufactured from quality materials to provide improved performance and durability over stock drums. The kit includes single-piston cast iron calipers with a zinc-plated finish and built-in parking brakes, DOT flex hoses, new hard lines, semi-metallic D347 brake pads, stainless steel shim washers for caliper alignment, e-coated mounting brackets, stainless steel spacers, hardware with parking brake cable adapters, and two 10.5” diameter heavy-duty vented rotors. It is designed to work with most 14” rims and provides up to 30% more braking power. No modifications are required for installation, and it reuses the factory parking brake cable. Optional rotor upgrades (slotted, dimple-drilled, plated) and caliper powder coat colors (Red, Black) are available.
