Description

The BD Diesel 1042610 is an Xtruded Cool-It intercooler designed for 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ/LMM engines. It features extra-thick cast end tanks with support struts tested to withstand over 130 psi of boost and 500-degree F outlet temperatures. The intercooler offers 57% more cooling surface and 95% heat conductivity transfer compared to stock designs, resulting in colder intake air temperatures, lower EGTs, and improved engine power and efficiency.
