The VIS Racing XTS Carbon Fiber Front Lip is crafted to enhance the aggressive styling of the 2008-2011 Mercedes C-Class W204, specifically the C63 models. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this front lip boasts a durable and lightweight design. It features a two-part construction with a top layer bonded using high-grade epoxy resin, finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a lasting high-gloss appearance. VIS Racing utilizes advanced manufacturing processes, including their Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which produces parts 10-20% lighter and more durable than traditional methods. The edges are meticulously hand-smoothed to ensure a premium finish. Each front lip comes with a VIS badge of authenticity. Due to the nature of aftermarket aerodynamic components, hood pins are required for installation. This product is intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise permitted by local and state laws.
