Overview

This upgraded high-flow intake kit for 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax engines replaces the OEM upper intake manifold. The OEM Y-bridge is a poorly designed, slip-fit two-piece bridge prone to failure under boost. This kit features an improved, high-flow, bolt-together 3-inch bridge for a secure sealing surface. It includes 3-inch high-flow upper and lower intercooler pipes with mandrel bends and CNC machined billet flanges, providing a full 3-inch tract from the intercooler pipe slip connection to the engine, retaining factory grid heater and EGR connections. Compatible with OEM lower passenger side intercooler pipe and WCF100367 upgraded 3.5-inch High Flow Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe Kit. Available in custom powder coat colors. No additional modifications, upgrades, or tuning required for installation. Pairs well with emissions-compliant tuning and drop-in turbochargers for optimal performance gains.
