Y-Bridge Kit for 6.6L Duramax Diesel

The WCFab High Flow Y-Bridge Kit is engineered to replace the restrictive and failure-prone OEM Y-bridge found in 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax 6.6L engines. The factory Y-bridge is a slip-fit, two-piece design that can fail under increased boost, leading to poor drivability and power loss. This upgraded kit provides a robust, high-flow, 3-inch diameter, two-piece Y-bridge designed for a secure seal and improved air delivery to the engine's intake runners. Complementing the Y-bridge are 3-inch diameter high-flow upper and lower intercooler pipes featuring smooth mandrel bends and CNC-machined billet flanges. This creates a full 3-inch intake tract from the intercooler pipe connection to the engine, incorporating the factory grid heater and EGR connection controls. The kit is compatible with the OEM lower passenger side intercooler pipe and WCFab's upgraded 3.5-inch High Flow Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe Kit (WCF100367). It is designed as a direct bolt-on solution that requires no tuning, modifications, or other upgrades for installation, making it compatible with stock trucks. The kit is available in various custom powder coat finishes, including WCFab Red, WCFab Grey, and Gloss Black, with other colors having a lead time. It is important to note that this product cannot ship to the state of California. It supersedes part number WCF100305 and replaces GM part numbers 97363569, 97363568, 97364407, and 97374352.
