The Zoom Zoom Parts Yamaha PW50 60cc Big Bore Kit is a comprehensive top-end engine rebuild kit engineered to increase your PW50's displacement from its stock size to 60cc. This kit aims to provide a noticeable boost in power and torque, enhancing the overall riding experience. This brand-new kit, not a reconditioned or re-bored component, includes all the necessary parts for a significant engine upgrade. The core of the kit features a 60cc cylinder block and a specially polished 60cc cylinder head designed to work together seamlessly with the included piston, piston rings, piston pin, and pin bearing. Completing the assembly are essential gaskets, including a head gasket and base gasket, along with cylinder studs and nuts for secure mounting. To facilitate the installation and ensure immediate use, a free spark plug, gasket maker, and thread lock are also provided. The kit is specifically designed for Yamaha PW50 models manufactured between 1981 and 2009.
