The Optima YellowTop D34/78-950 is a high-performance, deep-cycle AGM battery engineered for vehicles requiring consistent, heavy-duty power. Its design is ideal for trucks equipped with winches, demanding audio systems, and extra lighting, as well as commercial and off-road equipment. The unit features 750 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) and 870 Cranking Amps (CA), utilizing Spiralcell technology with 99.99% pure lead to provide high starting power and efficient recharging capabilities. Built for durability, this battery is 15 times more resistant to vibration than standard flooded batteries and is completely non-spillable, allowing for mounting in virtually any position. It offers a 120-minute reserve capacity and is rated at 55 Ah (C20 capacity). The battery features a dual-terminal design (Type A/S), providing both top and side posts for versatile connection options. Installation notes: The side terminals are intended exclusively for starting purposes and should not be used to power additional electrical accessories; use the top posts for auxiliary power or ground connections. For longevity and optimal performance, it is recommended to treat terminals with dielectric spray or grease to prevent corrosion. Ensure your vehicle's specific group size and physical dimensions (10.06" L x 6.94" W x 7.88" H) are compatible with your battery tray before installation.
