The Yellow Speed Racing YSR Pro Sport Digressive Series Coilovers are engineered to enhance the handling characteristics of the 2022+ Subaru WRX (VB) models while maintaining a balanced ride comfort. These coilovers utilize digressive valving, which provides stiffer damping force at low shaft speeds for improved handling and chassis control during normal driving conditions like cornering and braking. At higher shaft speeds, such as when encountering bumps or potholes, the damping force tapers off, allowing for more compliant shock absorption and a more comfortable ride. This coilover system features a 33-way adjustable damping system and full-length ride height adjustment, allowing for precise tuning to suit driving preferences and conditions. The front suspension incorporates pillowball upper mounts with camber plates for adjustable alignment, while the rear features aluminum upper mounts with hardened rubber bushings for durability and effective vibration damping. The spring rates are specifically set at 8k for the front and 7k for the rear to provide a sporty yet manageable feel. While offering significant improvements in control, handling, and reduced body roll, it's important to note that these coilovers may provide a firmer ride at low speeds compared to OEM setups and could introduce increased road noise or vibrations (NVH).
