The Speed Racing YSR Pro Sport Digressive Series Coilovers are engineered for the 1996-2000 Honda Civic models, including Coupe, Hatchback, Sedan, Civic Si, and Type R variants. These coilovers utilize digressive valving technology, which offers a stiffer damping force at low shaft speeds for improved handling, cornering, and braking performance. Simultaneously, they allow for greater fluid movement at higher shaft speeds, enabling more compliant shock absorption to mitigate harshness from road imperfections like potholes. The Pro Sport Digressive Series system features 10k front spring rates and 6k rear spring rates, paired with aluminum upper mounts incorporating hardened rubber bushings. This setup aims to provide enthusiasts with exceptional handling characteristics and a balanced ride comfort, making them suitable for spirited driving, autocross, or occasional track use while maintaining a tolerable daily ride. They offer a sportier, more connected driving experience and help reduce body roll.
