Yukon 3.23 30-Spline Sure-Grip Differential Assembly

The Yukon Gear & Axle YDAC8.89-323P/L is a fully assembled dropout differential designed for Chrysler 8.75” differentials utilizing the 489 case. This unit comes complete, properly shimmed, and backlashed to specification, ready for installation directly into your differential housing. It features a 3.23 gear ratio and 30 spline count. Constructed with a nodular iron case, this differential offers improved rigidity and power handling capabilities, which helps to reduce deflection and ensure consistent gear contact for extended service life. The assembly is upgraded with a Sure-Grip/Powr-Lok clutch-type limited slip differential, featuring a four-spider-gear design. This design enhances torque bias and traction, delivering maximum performance when you need it most. This dropout assembly does not include a yoke. It is compatible with a wide range of vehicles including Chrysler Imperial and New Yorker models from 1961-1973, various Dodge trucks and vans such as the A100, B100, B200, D100, D200, W100, and W200 series (specific years apply), and performance models like the Dodge Challenger, Charger, Coronet, Dart, and Monaco.
