The PowerStop K199-PS Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Upgrade Kit offers an easy, performance-oriented replacement for stock braking systems. Engineered for commuters and street enthusiasts, this kit replaces standard components with Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic brake pads and cross-drilled and slotted performance rotors. Technical specifications include 299mm diameter front rotors with a full-cast, vented construction and a 5-lug bolt pattern. Each rotor is zinc-plated to provide maximum protection against rust and premature corrosion. The pads utilize a proprietary Z23 carbon-fiber ceramic friction compound that is paired with multi-layer rubberized shims to significantly reduce braking noise. This kit is designed as a direct, bolt-on replacement for stock calipers, meaning no vehicle modifications are necessary for a proper fit. Each package comes complete with all essential installation hardware, including stainless-steel abutment clips and a packet of high-temperature ceramic brake lubricant to ensure smooth operation of the sliding components.
