The Tomei Technical Trax Advance 1.5-Way LSD Pro Kit is engineered to provide superior performance and driving dynamics for select Mazda models. It incorporates several key advantages over other LSDs, including optimized cam angles, advanced spring discs, and a larger clutch disc surface area. These design elements contribute to a higher initial torque setting, which directly translates to improved corner entry stability, more precise vehicle control, enhanced traction on corner exits, and quicker response when navigating successive corners. The updated surface finish on the friction material leads to smoother engagement and more predictable behavior, whether accelerating or decelerating. This refined performance minimizes the typical loud LSD crackling sounds, making it a more comfortable option for daily street driving while still delivering high-performance capabilities. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as special diff oil, carrier cover gaskets, bearings, and oil seals, ensuring a complete upgrade for the vehicle's differential.
