Description

The Acura (OEM) ZDX-TB is a genuine OEM throttle body, part number 16400-RYE-A11, specifically designed for Honda J-series engines, including the J30, J32, and J35. This 70mm throttle body, derived from the J37A5 ZDX engine, offers a 78-70mm inlet-outlet and is positioned as an oversized upgrade for enhanced performance. To facilitate installation on standard J-series manifolds, an adapter may be required, though this throttle body is not compatible with throttle-cable J32A2 engines or other cable-actuated throttle bodies. This drive-by-wire throttle body is compatible with specific Acura and Honda models. It is confirmed to fit 2007-2010 Acura CSX Type S and 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si/Type R models. For other applications, such as the Acura TLX, port matching of the intake manifold and resetting the throttle position sensor are recommended for optimal results and proper function. Installation may require additional adapters and hardware, depending on the target vehicle's manifold.
