The Variant Zeno is a custom-fit rotary forged wheel from the EVO Collection, featuring a lightweight split 5-spoke design. Constructed from 6061 T6 aerospace aluminum using cold vertical forging technology, these wheels are designed to offer high strength and impact resistance.

Each wheel is designed, engineered, built, and finished in-house in Arizona. These wheels include billet center caps and are hub-centric and big brake kit (BBK) compatible.

The Variant Zeno wheel is a high-performance, semi-custom forged alloy wheel designed as a superior alternative to traditional cast or flow-formed rims. Part of the EVO Collection, this model is built using 6061 T6 aerospace aluminum and utilizes advanced cold vertical forging and rotary forging processes. The design is inspired by the split 5-spoke Xenon aesthetic, engineered for enhanced strength and reduced unsprung weight to improve vehicle handling. Each Zeno wheel is expertly manufactured in Arizona using HAAS CNC multi-axis mills, allowing for custom offsets and bolt patterns tailored to specific exotic, luxury, sport, and muscle car applications. The construction ensures high-level durability and impact resistance compared to standard cast alternatives. Standard features include hub-centric design, big brake kit (BBK) compatibility, and include billet center caps. Every purchase is backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty, a 3-year road hazard warranty, and a lifetime structural warranty, along with a fitment guarantee to ensure precise compatibility with your vehicle. The wheels are available in a variety of concave profiles and finishes to suit specific build requirements.
