The Lifeline Zero 2000 AFFF is a 4.0-liter mechanical fire bottle replacement. It is filled with AFFF foam suppressant and features 8mm fittings. This bottle is designed for use with Lifeline 2000 mechanical systems.

The Lifeline Zero 2000 AFFF is a 4.0-liter mechanical fire bottle replacement designed to be used with Lifeline 2000 mechanical fire systems. This steel bottle is filled with AFFF foam, a water-based liquid suppressant that coats surfaces to remove ignition sources and oxygen, making it particularly effective on fuel and oil fires, though less so on electrical fires. The foam can be easily rinsed clear but may be corrosive if left on surfaces. This replacement bottle features 8mm fittings, which is the latest specification, and is FIA Tech List 16 approved, though this is an older specification than the 8865-2015 standard. It has a mechanical trigger and comes with bottle brackets included. It is important to note that AFFF systems and bottles have been discontinued and replaced with a new ABF foam. ABF foam is more effective, allowing for a smaller bottle. AFFF systems cannot easily adapt the newer ABF bottles without modification to the layout and tubing, so starting with an all-new system is recommended.
