The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-10047B is a remanufactured rear axle assembly, engineered to restore optimal performance and durability to your vehicle's drivetrain. This unit features a robust ZF 9.25-inch ring gear and a precise 3.55 gear ratio, designed for enhanced torque transfer and responsiveness. This assembly is built with a 12-bolt hexagon cover and incorporates an electronic locking differential for superior traction control in various driving conditions. It is specifically designed to fit the 2019-2025 Ram 1500 New Body Style models equipped with 6-lug wheels. Please note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, and these components may need to be sourced separately. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures all components meet stringent quality standards. This includes establishing correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for setup precision and longevity. Housings are meticulously cleaned via hydro blasting and rinsing to achieve an OEM finish, and all internal parts, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo 100% inspection. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced 100%, and all housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, with tubes straightened to OEM specifications.
