Zip Kit for Gen 1 ZF6 and Ford 6R60/6R75/6R80 Transmissions

The Sonnax Zip Kit (part number ZF6-6R60-ZIP) is designed to address critical pressure losses found in the valve bodies of ZF6HP19/26/32 (Generation 1) transmissions, as well as Ford 6R60, 6R75, and 6R80 transmissions manufactured between 2009 and 2014. This kit targets the root cause of multiple complaints by sealing the essential pressure circuits, including the main line, solenoid regulator, reverse, clutch control, and solenoid apply circuits. Installation is straightforward, with Drop-in Zip Valve™ parts that do not require reaming or specialized tools, and a detailed technical booklet is included to guide the rebuild process. This booklet also offers vacuum testing and additional repair options for higher mileage units or specific issues beyond the scope of the kit.
