The VIS Racing ZL1 Style carbon fiber hood is a premium exterior body panel engineered to replace your factory hood with a race-inspired, aggressive aesthetic. Each unit is constructed using a vacuum-infused, single-mold process that bonds carbon fiber material to a smooth, one-piece underside shell, providing a high strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding structural rigidity. The exterior surface is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating to ensure long-term durability and a deep gloss appearance. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure proper alignment and fitment of the panel. For safety and security, the manufacturer specifically recommends the use of hood pins, which are sold separately. This product is custom-made for 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro 2-door models. As with many aftermarket body panels, minor adjustments may be required during the installation process for optimal results.
