The Lingenfelter ZR1 Corvette High Flow Air Intake is an aluminum intake system designed to connect to an LPE supercharger snout. It provides a more direct airflow path from the throttle body to the supercharger, reducing inlet restriction, increasing boost, and decreasing supercharger work.

The Lingenfelter ZR1 Corvette High Flow Air Intake is an aluminum intake system designed to work with LPE supercharger snouts, improving airflow from the throttle body to the supercharger. This design leads to reduced inlet restriction, increased boost, and less supercharger work, ultimately lowering parasitic losses and outlet temperatures. It is constructed from 356T6 aluminum and has been 100% leak checked. The casting is designed to accommodate larger throttle bodies up to 102 mm without requiring additional machining. For enhanced durability under high loads, the cover features a stainless steel 10-bolt hub for quick pulley changes. This air intake system requires specific LPE supercharger covers and includes revised ducting to connect to the new throttle body location. It features a large surface area S&B washable air filter with a sealed shroud to prevent hot engine air intake. The kit includes a 4-inch black powder-coated aluminum air intake duct, a black powder-coated aluminum air intake cover, the S&B filter assembly, and all necessary fasteners and hardware for installation. Modifications performed with this system require recalibration of the factory ECM.
