All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced. Gear choices are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The assembly is finished with positraction and locker options for enhanced performance. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. The product features a Rear Axle Assembly for AAM 11.5 with a Grizzly in a 4.30 Ratio, and includes high-quality nodular steel ZPA differential covers for strength and protection. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and all housings are tested for surface wear and cracks.
