The Zumbrota RAA435-2032E-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for 1999-2000 Ford F150 vehicles equipped with the 9.75-inch ring gear and a 3.73 gear ratio. This rear axle assembly features a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) and is compatible with rear drum brake systems. Zumbrota Drivetrain rebuilds these axle assemblies to stringent quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Every housing undergoes inspection for surface wear and cracks, while all internal components are rigorously tested. This includes a 100% inspection of ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. To guarantee longevity and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are meticulously inspected for proper tooth contact patterns and set with precise rolling torque using inch-pound measurements.
