ZyBar is a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant coating for exhaust systems, headers, turbo components, and other metal parts exposed to extreme heat. It is rated to over 2100 degrees F (1150C) ambient and 1600 degrees F (871C) substrate surface temperature. It lowers radiant heat and reduces underhood temperatures by over 40% and offers over 600 hours of continuous salt spray with no corrosion. Heat dissipation performance continues after shut-down, allowing work on the engine within minutes. ZyBar bonds to itself, allowing for easy touch-ups. Surface preparation (media blasting) is recommended for maximum adhesion.
