ZZP 3.6" 8-Rib Replacement Pulley

This 3.6-inch, black, 8-rib pulley is a replacement component for the ZZP Modular Pulley System. The system's stainless hub allows for easy swapping of pulleys using an Allen wrench, enabling drivers to change pulley sizes based on driving conditions, such as using a smaller pulley for track use or higher octane fuel. This modular approach is beneficial for those planning future modifications. The pulley is recommended for use with specific vehicle configurations and a range of ZZP performance upgrades. For '04+ Grand Prix supercharged models, or '00+ SSEi, Ultra, and '04+ Monte Carlo/Impala SS vehicles, it requires a ZZP PCM, Cold Air Intake (CAI), cooler spark plugs and thermostat, and a bolt-in downpipe. For '01-03 GTP/GS models with 1.9 ratio rockers, a ZZP PCM, CAI, cooler plugs/thermostat, and some exhaust work, the 3.5" pulley is recommended, while this 3.6" pulley is suggested for certain other configurations. This pulley is designed to work with the ZZP Modular Pulley System hub and requires a bolt torque spec of 72 inch-pounds for installation. While it features 8 ribs, a 6-rib belt will still function correctly.
