ZZP E85 Flex Fuel Conversion Kit

The ZZPerformance ZZ-CRZG2-E85 flex fuel conversion kit enables your 1.4L LUV/LUJ engine to run on a blend of E85 and premium gasoline. This system continuously monitors the ethanol content of your fuel and communicates with the PCM. When paired with a specifically designed ZZP Sonic/Cruze PCM tune, the system automatically adjusts fueling, timing, and boost parameters to optimize performance for the specific fuel mixture being used. This kit includes the flex fuel sensor, wiring harness, sensor mounting bracket and hardware, fuel line, and installation instructions. It is crucial to note that this kit will not function without the accompanying ZZP PCM tune that is configured for it. Users should also be aware that running ethanol increases fuel system demand, and larger injectors may be required depending on your turbo setup; ZZPerformance recommends monitoring fuel pressure during wide-open throttle. This flex fuel conversion kit is specifically designed for the 1.4L LUV/LUJ engine. It does not fit 1.8L vehicles. Additionally, this kit is intended for use with the OEM GM intake manifold and may not function or fit correctly with other aftermarket stock replacement intake manifolds. It does not work on the 2011 Chevy Cruze, as its PCM lacks the necessary provisions for flex fuel capability.
