ZZP Gen 2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit

The ZZPerformance Gen 2 Cruze Front Mount Intercooler Kit is engineered specifically for the LE2 powered 2nd generation Chevrolet Cruze. Utilizing a 3D scan of the engine bay and CAD software, this kit features custom cast end tanks and a larger intercooler core, measuring 25" x 7.25" x 4", compared to the stock intercooler's dimensions of 24" x 4.5" x 3.5". This significant increase in size ensures that intercooler air temperatures (IAT2) and manifold air temperatures (MAT) remain consistently low, which the vehicle's PCM references to optimize boost and timing for increased and consistent power output. It includes a ZZP intercooler core with integrated brackets, CNC mandrel bent aluminum charge pipes, stainless T-bolt clamps, heavy-duty silicone couplers, a ZZP billet turbo outlet, and all necessary hardware. Two versions are available: one for the stock turbo and another for those running a ZZP Z04 turbo. PCM tuning is not required for this intercooler upgrade. This intercooler kit fits the 2016.5-2019 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4L models.
